Birch Oil
Birch Oil increases circlulation, and hence promoting detoxification. Helps remove lactic acid form the muscles after excercise. Also treats Arthritic pain, as the birch tree contains methyl-salicylate which relives pain. Rich in Vitamn C. Apply to the effected area three times per day.
